Kensington Mortgage offer

Hi all!
I received a call from my mortgage advisor yesterday, to say that Kensington have made the offer.
How does the offer usually come over, email or post?
It’s been a long 6 weeks and I’m getting pressure from my estate agent to get everything sorted before Christmas, but my solicitor won’t act until she is sent the offer.
Has anyone got any experience with this at alll?
Thank you ❤️❤️

The offer is usually posted to the solicitor but your mortgage adviser can email them a copy alsoI am a Mortgage Broker

The solicitor will get a separate copy. It will be pretty much the same as yours but with a few extra documents they will need. Most solicitors will insist that the offer is addressed to their firm, so they may not be able to accept the copy forwarded by your mortgage adviser.0
