Hi all bit of a long one but if anyone can shed some light would be great
Our natwest remortgage is on hold until we buy the freehold first , was told at the begining when we went to natwest to discuss a remortgage we can be do it and be freehold on completion but sadly not the case now. So was told remortgage application is on hold and can be for up to six months before we have to reapply we done all credit checks etc etc but once they receive the completion letter from leasehold they cant carry on , Could i apply for a loan and not put my remortgage in jeprody or should i wait till its completed first
thanks all
