What is reasonably priced?
If you want dirt cheap the Chinese specials are usually ok on ebay for a few quid. Try Torchy the battery boy as he tests the lights and shows pictures of the output on his ebay siteSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

I have no idea what reasonably priced is. But reliability, specifically in wet weather, is what we're after - not lowest cost. We're all doomed0

Most lights offer a blinking/flashing version but as lights vary from a few quid to upwards of 200, what you consider reasonable isn't necessarily what I would
I've never had an issue with Lezyne and if you want just flashing the below for under £10 would be fine, lightweight, waterproof, 60 hours on flash mode and 15 lumen output

Aldi often have some decent bike lights in stock as well - again budget but does the job alongside your main dynamo one

In 2009 I built a front wheel with a hub dynamo. I ftted Busch & Muller lights. I love the fact they are so maintenance free. A flick of a switch at any time and you have quality lights. However there is a bit of drag. When my commute went up to 10 miles I bought a Cateye Volt 1200 and a TL LD1100. It really is a brilliant powerful light with loads of good modes. If I ever forgot to charge it the dynamo is a great back up. The volt 1200 cost me £80. Some people can't believe I spent so much on a light. Compared to what motorists spend on their cars it seems cheap to me. I must say though that most of my commute was on unlit roads where the volt lit up the whole road. It could be overkill if you just want a flashing light.0

I'd recommend a Moon Vortex. 50% off just now so it's very reasonably priced.

Excellent bit of kit, incredibly bright, seems to be about as waterproof as any bike light ever is, easy to fit and cheap too ...We're all doomed0 -
