Hi,
My mortgage fixed term is due to end on. 1st March 2019. I will be remortgaging as my current interest rate is high.
I have looked through a few online mortgage brokers and came across https://www.mortgagegym.com.
Has anyone taken out a mortgage from them and how are they dealing with application and response?,
Any other recommendation please let me know.
Thanks

I've never heard of them to be honest.
Most brokers will work online, you don't specifically need to look for an online broker, just ensure you inform them that you prefer to transact business over the phone/email/letter rather than personal visits.
I think the best way to choose a broker is either a recommendation from someone else or pick up the phone, call a handful and see who was most helpful initially.
You can also find brokers via lead generation websites such as vouched for, cherryfind etc.
The most important question you can ask them apart from fees is what market access do they have? Ask which lenders they do not have access to and ensure you check whats on offer from that lender also.
Good Luck
