Just got back from court (I new the judge and not from being up in front of him). Paying an extra £40 a month on the loan (I offered more but the judge said £40 is enough). Fifteen year old youth from Eversheds didn't look to happy, anyway hopefully I'll keep up the repayments and everything will be ok.

Well I dont know what he would say to work if he did get in really late. But being in the job he is then he can sometimes work from home so he probably wont have to face any consequences....
