Good evening.

Is this considered a standard construction with most lenders?

5 storey new build apartment block, with the details stated as "concrete frame".

Comments

  • I'd think so yes. IF its a new build it'll be normal.

The 'strange' build types tend to be older homes especially post war era ones

Thank you, I have been worrying that this would make it harder to get a Mortgage. Good to know!
