Acting up band 6 pay

I started a new position as an acting up band 6 middle of this month November. I'm a little confused to how the monthly pay works.
I 've just checked my pay slip for November and it has all been paid as band 5.
Is this correct? When should I be expecting my new pay scale to show up on my payslip
Thanks

Have you asked your payroll department? As we don't know where you work I don't think anyone will be able to help you.
Perhaps the change hasn't been actioned or it was actioned too late to be paid this month."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0 -
If you only started in the new role in the middle of November it's entirely likely that any change was notified to payroll too late for inclusion in the November run.
As said above, we can only guess. Ask your HR or payroll department.0
