Blue motor finance- final settlement

Hi All
Pls could i get advice.

i took a car loan for 7000 pounds. paid for 5 months and requested for settlement figure. quote was 6921 pounds which i have paid 4 days back. i have got a letter by email saying final amount is settled.

but checking my online account it says current balance 54 pounds. i have emailed blue motor finance asking why is the current balance showing 54 pounds, but no reply yet.

pls could someone advice why is there current balance of 54 pounds showing after i get a letter from blue motor saying i have paid the final settlement amount.

it could be final interest that has yet to be adjusted, but anything else would be an absolute guess

best to call them and ask them directly what this relates to
