Depends on the seller as much as the website. My experiences have all been very positive but I've bought from establised shops on there with good reputations. I'm sure, much like eBay, you can also have poor experiences there.

I think they did buy the play.com brand but the business model is completely different - Its not a 'one shop' website but a site with multiple sellers opperating on it.

The shop I’m looking at has 5160 reviews with a 4.52 rating which I’m guessing is quite good.

Am currently looking at spending approx. £125 + shipping and duties etc.

It’s the middle of the night in Japan but think I’ll risk it tomorrow.

It took 2 days from the point of placing the order in Japan to the items turning up in a ParcelForce warehouse in Coventry..... where they’ve been sat for 4 days and counting waiting for customs clearance.

Currently really miffed!
