Westcott Letters

Hello, I have been in my DMP for around 2 months now and have received a couple of letters from Westcott notifying me that they are now managing my Natwest credit card and personal loan accounts. This is all good and well, they letters clearly state that there is no need to do anything and I should continue to keep making my payment to Stepchange. However this morning I have received a further one regarding a debt with PayPal Credit and it is a collections letter. I am just wondering whether I need to do anything about it as they are requesting the amount in full or asking me to contact them to arrange a payment plan. When I set my DMP up PayPal were included in the proposal so they are already getting a percentage of my monthly payment. Should I be paying them through Westcott as well or do I just need to contact stepchange on Monday morning to let them know that this letter has arrived? Slightly concerned now that there will be someone turning up on the doorstep demanding £3000 and towing my car away.

Only in the realms of fantasy, wescot staff never leave there comfy office, they only manage accounts, they do not own them, so any action still comes from the actual creditor, and not wescot.
Just pass it on to stepchange, that is what they are there for.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
