Telephone interview done

Hi

My bankruptcy was approved on 15/11/18.
I've just had my telephone interview today but forgot to ask when I find out how much I need to pay towards my debts. I think the guy said he'd write to me.
I get paid monthly so this would be helpful to know.
Any advice would be appreciated.

We could have no way of knowing as we don't know your income or expenditure. Do you work? Are you expecting an IPA?

Yes I work. He has all of my income & expenditure details. I just wondered how long it takes before I'd hear back.
Also, this might be a silly question but if the telephone interview was with an Insolvency Examiner, is he the same as an Official Receiver? Or do I need another interview?

The Official Receiver is an office and the Insolvency Case Examiners work for that office, shorthand for everyone to say the OR.


As The Gardener says without knowing your income and expenditure we have no idea how much may be set or if at all. If you had a surplus of over £20 available each month they could set one...if you're below that or in a minus then it may be unlikely.
