Mortgage provider that acknowledges child/spousal payments

Hi there,
I recently separated and we are looking to remortgage our current house to remove me from the mortgage and pay off the money I have in the property.
However, HSBC have said they will not acknowledge the money i pay my partner as it is not ordered by a court. i can understand there position. HSBC have said other mortgage providers do recognise these payments. Does anyone know who they are? Or had experience in doing this before?
Thank you

There are plenty that do, but the key is in the detail of your personal circumstances.
Mortgage lenders compete using the minutiae of their criteria.
You best option would be to speak with a whole of market broker to navigate this for you. If the person remaining in the house is on a lower income and receives tax credits and child benefit sometimes this can be used towards affordability also.
