Hi all,
on the nationwide mortgage affordability, it asks for income for the latest period and the previous period.
Is the latest period, now, or is it the last complete tax year?

Its disgusting that an employee working for me can get a mortgage easier than I can.0 -

Please do not do as this man is suggesting, he spams these forums all the time with this thread. He either has a diminished ego and needs to be told how clever he is, or he is sinister and WANTS people to get themselves into serious trouble, or he's so dim that he actually believes what he did was smart. Either way, he spends rather a lot of his time posting messages like this to people which is very strange.
There is probably a very easy legitimate way for you to get what you are after. Consult a professional and ignore the LaymanI am a Mortgage Adviser
