Hi
Without being too specific, on the off-chance the Retailer stumbles across this, I've been mis-sold an expensive white good, not suitable for the purpose I specified.
Anyone recommend any good Solicitors in Bangor/Belfast who may be able to assist in my claim?

Much appreciated

Considered going to Citizens Advice Bureau first? It's free.0

Thanks Zola
I suppose my one experience of CAB hasn't been entirely positive in terms of depth of legal knowledge and they've simply recommended I seek legal advice for any specific queries.0 -
Have you tried the Consumer Council for advice?0

Hi,
If its not fit for purpose, then they should either replace with new or collect it and issue a refund.
What is the store return policy?
You could look at taking them to the small claims court depending on the amount paid.
Did you paid using a credit card?
Have a read over the articles in the link below.
