Received letter from then today saying they're converting my flex current account to a flex basic account.
Does anyone know if the sort code and account number will stay the same?

Hi there
Your Nationwide account number and sort code will stay exactly the same as before. They will replace your debit card after a week or so but you can keep using the other one until it arrives. I had a Flex account which was changed into Flexbasic and everything stayed the same so payments in and out continued as usual. This is one of the reasons I recommend Nationwide to anyone considering BR as a they are very helpful and definitely more BR friendly than many banks. Hope this reassures you.0 -
Hey I’m with nationwide basicflex and love it. The card is contactless too so it doesn’t look obvious to anyone that you are bankrupt
