Proof of Payment of CCJ

In 2015 I got a CCJ unbeknownst to me as all the correspondence went to an address I’d moved out of in 2013. In 2015 my ex rang me to tell me that bailiffs had visited to collect the debt. I never saw any written correspondence and was never actually told who I owed the debt to - I dealt with the bailiffs over the phone and set up a payment plan. The amount now shows settled on my credit file, but obviously it’ll show as a CCJ until 2021.
So I’ve been paying Motormile Finance (now Lantern) a monthly amount for a separate debt for a number of years and now only owe just under £60. I’ve just spoken to them to try to change my direct debit details and they tried putting my monthly payment up saying it was going to take until 2036 to pay off what I owe. Obviously, I queried this as it’s under £60 I owe them. Basically they’re saying they now own a debt for a payday loan I had and the amount is about £12 under the amount showing for my CCJ. I have a suspicion that they may be the same debt.
So...how do I find out what the CCJ was for and how do I prove I’ve paid it? On my credit file it just shows the date of the CCJ, the date settled and the issuing court.
Many thanks in advance

Hi. No because I wasn’t told who it was. The first I knew of the CCJ was when my ex contacted me to tell me that the bailiffs had visited0

Such a shame you took 3 months to come back. You could have gone for a set-aside if you had acted promptly when you first found out. The paperwork was not served properly.
You might still be able to go for a set-aside (worthwhile if you can get a discount from the £255 fee) but it will depend on the facts e.g. do you actually owe this money?Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.
