From my experience I would not use them again. He was quite short with me when I told him I could just do a product switch without paying any fees. Don't know if he had an arrangement with KMC but glad we went with our instincts and shopped around ourselves.0

KMC have only just start offering product transfers so you caught him on the hop.
However, if there were a mainstream option (or two) he should have found it in the first instance.I am a Mortgage Broker

Does anybody know if Kensington will offer a rate switch at the end of a 2yr fixed rate deal or will I automatically go on theee standard variable rate?0
