Ucb homeloans difficulty redeeming mortgage

I've been trying for two days to pay off my ucb mortgage and given conflicting bank details by them , my bank have tried chaps and faster payments but their bank is refusing them!

I've submitted a complaint and am posting a cheque made out to them then my name in brackets afterwards which I read somewhere .

Anything else I can do? They are making it nigh oh impossible . They emailed the redemption statement - thanks
