Completion Statement (image attached)

Hi all, im a little confused to why this has happened.
Price of house = £148,950
10% Deposit from us = £14,895
Money to be loaned from lender to cover the remaining 90% = £134,055
This makes the mortgage paid in full, however the sheet i've got states my lender will be lending £134,305 (which is +£250 more), just want to make sure for any reason if this is right? - Don't want to risk it being wrong on day of complete, is this a usual thing, see attached completion sheet.
I've paid £500 for my solicitor fees, however it states £736.19 to pay + land registration of £95 - surely the £500 i've paid will be took off this price?

Is there cash back with your mortgage? Sometimes the Solicitors add that on as that’s the amount they are receiving.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
