Options
Hi

Can I steam my christmas puddings in a glass jar in the slow cooker and seal with lid to sell at a xmas fair?

Thanks

Why not put it in a glass mason jar, make sure the lid and lip are clean, put on the lid and screw the rims a bit so the lid does not pop off, but not so much that it seals it, now put them into a pressure cooker, and cooking should be quicker?

when you vent the steam, the lids should seal, and all you have to do is screw the rims down?

Never tried it though, just an idea
