Quickquid Refund Error Delaying My Refund
Hello,
Some advice is needed please.
I have been fighting a case against QuickQuid to refund me interest on previous loans. They agreed and I accepted an offer.
I received emails last night saying a refund had been processed and would be in my account within 1 hour.
I noticed the bank account number was incorrect and immediately emailed.
The member of staff at QuickQuid admitted she entered the details wrong and the money was sent to a wrong bank account but she says I must now wait for the funds to be returned to QQ before they can proceed the refund to me.
Is this correct? Due to their error do I now have to wait for the funds to be put back into their account before they can be refunded into my account?
Any advice appreciated!

Those will be their internal procedures, so yes.
If there is a lengthy delay you should contact them again, but it should hopefully be fairly quick.0
