remortgage to a similar time duration?

Hi guys,
Bit of a silly question here but I hope no one minds
I currently have a 278k 35 year mortgage on 2.5 year rate of 1.49 which will later revert to 4.49 tracker.
HTB loan was 75k. I am hoping to remortgage in the year 2020 and pay off the htb via the mortgage.
Is is possible to request another 35 year mortgage? or does the duration have to be lower. I was hoping to keep the repayments every month lower with voluntary overpayments.

Probably.
As long as you are still 35 years outside selected retirement date.I am a mortgage broker.
