Can anyone help me to find out what is necessary to create a profile for freelancer hob?
Besides is there any specific place where I can submit my profile?
I am totally new on this and I do not know from where to start.
Please suggest what to do.

It all depends on what you want to do. Some industries (like IT and some media) would insist on you working through your own Ltd company and invoicing for freelance work (or using an umbrella company), but if you are doing the odd job, here and there then that probably won't be necessary. I guess it all depends on what you are planning to do really.

Those sites (Upwork, Fiverr etc) are super competitive. If you are in the UK it can take a huge amount of time, effort, reviews etc because your rates will be so much higher and your capacity and productivity so much lower on a global market.

You would do better to resell the services on those sites to your clients rather than do the work yourself and use your expertise to define, manage and deliver , not do the work, and build a skill at managing those difficult people!

Focus on getting clients through networking and keep your rates high and buy off those sites.

More seriously (because I realise that one has rather lower standards when typing a forum post than paid-for work, at least I know I do), what experience do you have? How will you sell the articles,a dn who will buy them? Will your rate of pay be adequate? What's the competition like?
