credit card help!!

I stupidly got into debt a few years ago and I’m paying it all off as much as I can. A 0% interest credit card is due to expire and the cost will got from £63 a month to £114. I dunno what to do! I simply cannot afford it. The sum due is £3082. I just don’t know what to do. I can’t get another 0% interest for that amount. I’m just at a loss. Can anyone advise what the credit card company could do to help? I will call them tomorrow. Just for peace of mind I need help. My anxiety is running riot x
