Hi all. I know that if you leave the nhs and go back in within 12 months you get your holiday entitlement etc. Does that have to be to the date or month. I left last Dec if i get a job offer in Dec but start Jan do i still keep leave?

I think we’re both wrong - http://www.nhsemployers.org/tchandbook/part-3-terms-and-conditions-of-service/section-12-contractual-continuity-of-service

If you mean do you get an extra day for working 5 years or whatever it is, there is no time limit. I was a nurse in the 70s, went back a few years ago and my years back then gave me an extra days leave.
If that's not what you mean, then explain better.0
