PV Output and Solar Edge

I thought my panels were doing ok this morning compared to my neighbours online display on PV Output but the next time I looked his output from earlier had shot up. I did a screenshot and checked 15 minutes later and yes it had shot up again. I have now done 4 screenshots over the space of 45 minutes and put them in this link.

You will see the output at 08.40 has increased from 400w to 850w to 1300w.
Obviously something amiss. Has anyone else noticed this sort of anomaly?

Northern Lincolnshire. 7.8 kWp system, (4.2 kw west facing panels , 3.6 kw east facing), Solis inverters, Solar IBoost water heater, Mitsubishi SRK35ZS-S and SRK20ZS-S Wall Mounted Inverter Heat Pumps, ex Nissan Leaf owner)

Are the values an average over the last 5 mins? Could panels have moved into full sunlight situation?Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

Probably worth posting this over on the PVOutput forum as they have a more detailed understanding how the various upload methods work.
