Boots opticians

My husband reading boot glasses are less than 1 yr old. I have to take it three times to have the hinges replaced. The hinges fell off again after one week. It is very tiny and fiddly. Anybody got a suggestion? The £2.50 reading glasses he bought from Wilko are much better never had any issue . Am not sure whether I can complain!

    Hi cherry76,

Are they Boots own brand and were they made up to the correct prescription or bought off the shelf? The frames should be guaranteed for a year if they are designer or 2 years if they are Boots own. I'm not sure about returns for pre-made reading specs. If the hinge is indeed falling off then they should offer a replacement!
