hi i was sold a loan went in the bank with a £500 loan and came out with a £22.740.48 loan, i was on long term sick and suffering from depression i guess they saw me comming. i tried to change the loan by asking them to take off the insurance but they told me they couldnt as it is calulated at the start of the loan and added on, they said they could re do the loan but i would have to take out more money??? i have been on a payment plan for the past three years but never heard how much i owe or anything just finished writing letter to claim missold insurance wish me luck.. has any one heard of this bank being fined by the fsa or how do i find out?
