Aghhhh!!! Application has gone to mandator for final descion.
Would the assessor send the application if they weren’t happy with it or do they not care??
I’m threatening about this offer. Valuation came in £5,000 less but the assessor said valuation was satisfactory and she was happy with it 😬🤷🏽!♀️🤷🏽!♀️
