You've already done this to death previously.
    Don’t be a can’t, be a can.
  • Is this a serious question? Or do we get a prize if we guess the correct answer?

My answer would be Smart technology engineers, or whatever title people who install smart tech into buildings during construct give themselves.

When will you stop with the stupid questions? Nobody knows what the marketplace will be like in 5 years, let alone 20 to 30 years. As an example of that, not many years ago people were being actively encouraged to train to do insulation surveys because every house in the country was going to be checked. Fast forwards a couple of years to a point where many people had paid for the training, the government pulled the plug on the idea.
The reality is that your own guess is as good as anybody elses.
It's true that technology driven areas will always have demand, but what that technology will be in 20 years time again is anybodys guess. My bet is that it will be something we haven't even thought of today.
You need to look to see what areas are developing currently, whether those areas are actually of interest to you, and then look for ways into one of them. YOU MUST DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, don't expect others to do it all for you.

Become expert in repairing video casette recorders is what we would have said 35 yrs ago. For how long were VCRs at their height, 10 yrs? 15 yrs?

Is a gas engineer a good career choice?

    Labourer pay rate?

Which self employed tradesmen earns more?

Career change to plumber or electrician

    ACCA salary

How much can a self employed heating engineer earn?
  • We may not even be living or working form inside buildings in 20-30 years time. We may all have our own tardis and robots to send out to earn a wage on our behalf. Or they may not even be money in 20-30years.
  • Undertaking. Everyone will need their services eventually.

True but it's a bit of a dead end job.
