Hi
My daughter has a Bosch Exxcel Maxx Freedom Performance washer dryer - model number WVT 1260GB/01.
On wash cycle the water isn't heating and on dryer mode there's no heat, so clothes aren't drying.
Anyone able to offer any advice?
