  • ok ok ok so why not all have a go. Wish i had never asked judging by the tones used on here.i posted an soa some time ago and did the things suggested. I have worked hard for my home(not house) and will do all i can to keep it.

  • Please don't get your back up. people are only trying to help but it is hard if they don't know the whole situation. Has your SOA changed since you first put it up? If you have "done all the cutting back stuff" then it should have. So let us see it again as it stands now. There MAY still be some obvious stuff there or there may not but at least people can then advise, can't really do that out of context.

    I agree we need a little more info hopeless case.
    £900 shortfall is pretty huge and if you cannot adjust this through either lower credit accounts or shuffling the debt, i think you need to take expert advice - especially with that secured loan you have.
