Bankruptcy app & income query - help needed!

Hey all
Just about to send my bankruptcy application
I am struggling with the income bit - I typically earn 416 a month, but because i took time off due to illness, that has gone down to 316£ (i get 100 for a days work)
Not sure what to put in the income bit - do I put what I've earned this month, or what I will earn next month? My payslips obviously will have a different figure.
Please help if you can, bit confused!

could you clarify your post please? it seems to me you only work 4 days a month on the info you provided?
your income details would be your usual income0 -
Just average out what you have earned over the last 12 months and put in an average figure. If you feel that average is too high - put the figure you think would be realistic and the OR will discuss with you and seek evidence of income.0
