Any other winners of the Waitress comp?

I received an email on 8/10/18 saying I had won two tickets to the new musical Waitress, which opens in February. The email said they would be chasing up O2, who ran the competition, but I've heard nothing since other than a response to me asking for an update on 23/10/18, when I was told there was no update as yet.
I was really hoping to get it booked and give the tickets to my daughter for Christmas. How long is reasonable to wait for something like this?
Thanks

Depends, were they going to be tickets for a performance of their choice or yours?
Sometimes tickets are sent close to the performance date to help prevent selling on or they can even be collect at the box office.
  • The show comes to London in February next year, and you will be able to select any date or show time for these tickets when released.
I will chase up with O2 on more information about the dates and let you know when I have been updated.
I will also be in touch to confirm whether these tickets will be collected via a guestlist at the venue, or alternatively sent to you in the post.
  • To be honest, if the tickets are to be collected and can't be wrapped up as a present, I'm just grateful to have won. My daughter is desperate to see this show and she's going to be thrilled either way. Would make the best Christmas present though!!
I've looked on the website for the show and tickets have already gone on release.

It certainly wouldn't be unreasonable to ask again as it will soon be 4 weeks since you last got an update - doesn't really want to run far into December or you get "the person who is dealing with that will not be back until the New Year" or the office is closed etc.
