It is a DC scheme

So no direct worries about whether Interserve goes under or not then.

Thanks for the reassurance. Got to admit when it comes to pensions I just bury my head in the sand. I simply pay in then when I move companies, I have been TUPE'd over 3 times, simply leave the pension where it is

Don't. It's potentially massive amount of money that's key to your future and spend some time getting educated .
