Loan Money Back

Hi Guys,

I really need help here, i have been dealing with a company called accessloans. They have asked me to pay money in order to retrive my loan. I have paid over £1000 to them and they have come back to say I need to pay a remaining £580 to get my loan. Every time I pay them they ask me for more money. I have requested to cancel my application but they have said no I need to pay the money. Please can someone help I don't know what to do to get my money back.

Andrew

Assuming this is a genuine post...

How did you pay them the money so far?

No decent, honest company asks you for money before lending you some, you've been scammed out of £1000 and depending on how you paid it have probably lost it for good.

    Don't pay them any more.

Did it not seem strange to you that a company who is supposed to lend YOU money is asking you to pay THEM something?

The mind boggles, it really does.

Speak to the bank and police - you have likely lost your money but good job you came on here asking about it before paying any more money.

I won't post the hyperlink here, but the website www. [dot] accessloan [dot] co [dot] uk is one of the most obviously shady things I've ever seen.

The spelling, the layout, the linkedin/twitter/facebook buttons that go nowhere. Just a template site that's sprung up.

Guarantor loans/50% interest/wanting cash upfront - folk still fall for this.

Read the link that was posted.

    https://www.fca.org.uk/news/warnings/access-loan

    Three trading addresses listed.

Report them to the authorities as advised and accept youve lost your money. Take it as a harsh lesson.
  • Thanks all for the advise, I want to know if UK credit loans is also authorised or can be used?
