    It say's in the OP that the first years fees are paid. You would therefore need to pay them after that. HTH

    Thats cheap stmidwife - falmingoland is nearly three grand - and park are pests we had a van with them few years back - theyre continually trying to get you to upgrade even when you have a fairly new van - but suppose you could sell it after the year
