Hello There Money Savings
Can You Help
I am trying to enchased my very small Pension Pot as over 55 years old, and I am getting frustrated With NEST and don't have online account as I prefer they dealt with me in paper format via post ,I have complaint and written to them and just get told to go online or call 0330 number , which is expensive number which is no help to me , as I am getting nowhere with your NEST Pension Customer Service and getting frustrated with your call system that you operated including the expensive 0330 number at 55 p a minute ( which for some of us cant afford to call)
I want to speak to some one who can help me get my money refund back as I have small private pension and as far as I am aware you have no legal right to keep that pension pot
Otherwise , Do I will take my Case up with pension advisory board as well as my MP

Call from a landline rather than a mobile? Its the mobile company making the charge, not NEST. Better though to accept new technology and work online - after all you managed to place a question here.0

or call 0330 number , which is expensive number which is no help to me ,
03 numbers cost the same as ringing 01 or 02 numbers. If you have inclusive minutes or a phone package (free calls for example) then these are included within it. Otherwise, they are normal landline rates. Which is typically 12-14p a minute if you don't have inclusive minutes.
Financial companies are not allowed to operate higher cost phone numbers. I think you are mixing up 08 with 03.Otherwise , Do I will take my Case up with pension advisory board as well as my MP
If you refuse to act with them online or via the phone, you are the one making it difficult. However, I have found with my experience that NEST will respond via postal requests as long as you ask specifically for the right information.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -

You mention an existing private pension - had you considered a transfer of the NEST pension to your private pension?
Your pension provider could organise this.
It seems to me that you would find life easier if you went on line with NEST.
Had you considered an appointment with Pension Wise to discuss your options?

An 0330 number is not "expensive" any more than calling you next door neighbour or relatives in another part of the country.
It isn't a premium number and is charged like any other number. If you have an included calls / time with your telephone they will be included.0
