Just called them and they still don't have my documents. Said they could be scanned into the system later on if they have been received! Getting a little concerned that the paperwork was lost in the post. The lady on the phone said to call again tomorrow and if they havent got it by then they will send another set out. Im really hoping they haven't lost them. Don't really want to have to send another set and the same thing happens....
its a bit frustrating that I cant just sign something online now.0 -
Just checked and the money has arrived in my account. Long process but got there in the end! hehe1
