Dwp esa reassessment decision

Hi
I recently received back the outcome of my ESA reassessment, and the letter explained that I am, once again, placed in the work-related activity group.
I have CFS - which I have explained makes me unable to state reliability in a job, due to oversleeping, and living on my own, no one to ring up on my behalf to explain, and increasing muscle/joint pain, as well as 'brain fog'.
On my letter it gives me 3 options for me to have the chance to have the decision looked at again.
These are, an explanation of the decision
Or a written statement of the reasons for the decision
Or ask them to look at the decision again to see if it can be changed.
I'm wondering which would be the best option (I'm thinking written, but worry I wouldn't be able to make out the writing if I opt for this!)
I'm also thinking not to telephone, but to write, with recorded delivery, so I have proof of letter being sent, within the month deadline from the date on the letter which is 2 November 2018.
Any advice would be appreciated, thank you

You will get better replies to this question on the benefits board.
One observation, you will need evidence to back up your appeal such as a letter from your doctor or other relevant professional.0
