Has anyone tried Genie?

I have a lot of old clothes to sell and I've ordered a sack from Genie as they're offering 50p per kilo. Has anyone used Genie and are they ok? I tried Clothes for Cash but never received a sack or any response to my support tickets. I got several emails telling me to send the sack back though. Difficult when I didn't get it in the first place.
Don't mess with pensioners. :cool:

I never tried but few of my friends said its ok. But it will be better if you do more research on this.
