So, my bankruptcy was awarded on 30th October, but today I'm receiving calls from a creditor (Littlewoods) and also had some statements etc through the post in last few days from others.
Should I be contacting them to refer them to Accountant in Bankruptcy or what?

Hi, IMO its up to you i did but even then i had some letters later on, i think it was because they sold the debt on and the new people tried to get payment.0

It takes the official receiver / Scottish equivalent a while to write to everyone. I just sent a copy of my bankruptcy order to anyone who contacted me and it all soon stopped. I still get the occasional one now after 3 years but it's usually a one-off - they just like to try it on. If there's any real problem let the OR know.

Just so that you are 100% on the same page here, your creditors have no remedy against your bankruptcy, it does not matter what they send you, although some statements have to be sent by law, but whilst bankrupt, and after discharge you are 100% protected from any further creditor action.
Your defense to any future court action a creditor may attempt to take, is your bankruptcy order, its that simple.
And remember, the OR is there to help you, to make sure things run smoothly, if for any reason they don`t, get in touch with them.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
