Scottish Trust Deed question about reviews

I have a scottish trust deed and i broke uo with my partner in January. I gave up smoking for 6 years but after the split i started smoking again. Im spending more and more money on cigarettes and i have got my yearly review. Im spending around 120 a month on cigarettes.
Does anyone know if they give you an allowanace for smoking? Ib tried quitting but i cant. Silly i started again and now im back addicted again and wasting money on this. Any help would.be appreciated????
