What is a competitive APR to borrow £15k over 2 or 3 years, for excellent credit rating. Secured or unsecured is possible. For balance on a 25K car, Is 5.5% high or about normal ?

It depends on your individual circumstances. E.g. Your credit history (not score) and income, for example.
5.5% may be very good for you, although lower rates are available.0 -
Not knowing your financial situation and credit history, not idea.
For me it is quite competitive - does that help?0 -
