One year I bought vouchers for my nieces and nephews for a game of bowling. That went down quite well as something to do after christmas. Could you get vouchers for the cinema. Just thinking the girl might like that to do with her mates.Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:

What about doing both a smellie hamper, one for girls and one for boys, if the boy is into fitness and football you could get him a cd box and fill it with shower gel, shampoo, deodorant, aftershave (if budget allows) flannel, soap. The girl maybe some nice no 7 stuff or 17 have a look on the boots thread because there are some
freebies to be had when buying no7 and 17 makeup.
Or what about one of these that jam tart did you could wrap some money round one of the sweets?d

Why are teenagers always so difficult?

Money never fails to impress my 2 teens !!
Also supplement this with a few more small gifts (cds ,books ,etc ) so they have something to open .
Usually give them the amount I would spend on a main present ( around £100 each) ,also its moneysaving for me as I dont have to fork out for them for a few weeks (which I would still have to do if I bought them a main pressie ).Moneysaving? - I cant stop spending because of this site!0 -
My girls are into jewellry so a voucher for our local bead shop would be a must. She can go along and select her own beads then they will show her what to do that way her jewellry will be unique. Or even a kit to make her own bracelet

Type in bead kit on ebay for others

when i was that age, i always liked to receive those boots make up gift sets, you know, the ones that are always 3 for 2 at christmas.:j Baby bonce was born on Christmas morning after a ridiculously short labour and no pain relief! If only losing the baby weight was as easy!:T0

I have the same problem
My daughter is 13 but i have found loads of stocking fillers for her make up, smellies, necklace, earrings, bear what you put in microwave, books, craft things, money box, fluffy cushions, etc
My boys are 18, 15 and 9 and the only thing i have got the eldest 2 are smellies, dvd, gel
My youngest boy is into football liverpool and he plays in a team and apart from riding his bike and playing on his playstation there is nothing else so i have bought him shin pads, goalie gloves, football game, but i cant think of anything else
I was going to do a cinema hamper and maybe(if they do them)a cineworld voucher but the trouble is my daughter would like one as well and shes got quite a few already(i like to get the same amount of stocking fillers for them each) so if i do my daughter one as well i need to find more ideas for my boys
The main ones im stuck on are my 2 eldest 18 year old buys things when he wants them and his interests are foiotball, pc,cinema, xbox he works p/time and goes to college
my 15 year old likes football but i cant find anything in the team he supports(leeds utd) his phone,pc and ps2
Has anybody got any ideas as i am really stuck this year i have gone to lots of shops and come out with things for my daughter0 -
Have you tried www.dealextreme.com they have lots of gadgets that maybe the boys might like. Also what about searching for Toys for Boys silly gadgets etc.

The last ones will be in my sons stockings and they are 31 and 26 never too old for daft stuff. A tradition has also grown that they get polystyrene planes silly I know but they always enjoy them.
http://www.otherlandtoys.co.uk/advanced_search_result.php?query_string=disc+shooter my kids all enjoy these I think Tesco do a pack of 2 so they can fire away at each other without causing harm. I also got my nephew one of these http://www.amazon.co.uk/Wristband-Flash-Memory-Drive-Black/dp/B000WAV4UI/ref=sr_1_4/026-3851001-4313242?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1194620189&sr=1-4
Why not go to your local shop where you buy silly stuff for kids and get a few things my lads have a good laugh each year at how daft I get with their presies, I wonder if they are just too daft for words. Also radio controlled mini helicopter can be bought cheap on ebay. Don't forget the socks. I recently bought my 26yr old a great bag from Bench as he is at uni and I know he will like it. Should have been £30 and I got it for £15 at an outlet centre.Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes0
