Manual mortgage calculation

Hi all your be glad to know I’m back.

Earlier this year my mortgage provider privacy and data department made me a financial offer (refused) for stress and inconvenice for their delay in providing me with mortgage reconciliation statements which had to be re done due to error. (however they have still not issued a complete set for periods asked for in same format as those issued)

Has anyone else had to accept manuel calculations and is this acceptable?

I would check the calculation,

if correct accept them
if not reject them and supply my answers.

What other means do they have to produce the correct figures? The system that produced the incorrect figures cannot be rerun to generate automated output.

The first set offered were manually calculated as they had delayed in providing any hence their offer for inconvenience. I was reissued another version with error apparently corrected, but without a complete set cannot this cannot be confirmed.
