Property with an annexe

I am attempting to buy a property with a self-contained annexe in the rear garden. It is not connected to the main house. The intention is that my parents would live there. My current mortgage provider is unable to assist. Can anyone recommend a provider that offers mortgages on these type of properties? Thks

Most of them are fine but may have conditions. Visit a local mortgage broker and bring along the particulars and they will do the filtering for you.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
