Hello! I know it's how long is a piece of string; but driving myself crazy so hoping somebody has some idea of timescales and steps still to go.
I am being bought out of my property. Former partner has mortgage offer, TR1 and RX3 forms have been received by the lender and the solicitor (lenders) have said the lender is OK and now it is with 'compliance' and we will hear back next week. Getting any more detail than that is seeming impossible.
I am buying a new place which is obviously conditional on me being removed from existing mortgage and up against the clock so keen to understand what else is has to happen now before he completes on the existing property? We have been in this process for months (!) so patience is running low.
Thank you as always

Said in a polite manner, It's none of your business. As you are not directly the client (i.e. the mortgage application).0 -

Most likely requires what amounts to a final internal sign off within the lender by an authorised official. Will be in a queue that they'll get round to,0
