  • best to see a broker, i think the numbers are tight on your income i would say max borrowing with any lender is going to be around the £150k mark depending on your specific commitments etc

    The other issue you have is that not all lenders would allow a sole application for married couples. All fun and games.

    I'm not in a bad position really as she can work and will find it no bother. Just hoping she won't have to.
