hi all,the quick reply & edit options are not working so sorry!The 1000 points voucher l'm after is the dreamland/ACM one & l have lots of covetables to swap..there is an offer of a free bottle of water with some paikillers as well as the free vit C BTW.

My Boots order has just arrived :j very pleased as it was not due till early next week.

Then I opened it.:eek: :eek: :eek:

The Elle Macpherson boxes don't seem to travel very well - one felt damp.

Something sticky/ gritty has leaked inside (maybe the liquid manicure or pedicure?) and it is a mess. :mad: The satin lining is stained, the showercap is sticky and everything looks grubby.

The contents are only wrapped in skimpy tissue which would be fine if the boxes had been packed flat - but they had been packed on their sides. So everything got shaken about in transit.

I know I had them as 342 and on special offer etc but now I am going to have to take it back to the town centre Boots. Just hope they are still in stock!

Points back 3800!!! She used the same 2 x dreamland vouchers (one from ACM and one from mag), 1 x 350pts WYS £30 ACM and 500pts when you buy 2 selected cosmetics.

We are two very happy super keen money savers (snr n jnr!!)

If you havent had a reply yet - I have got one of those free single use camera vouchers if you pm me your address I will pop it in the post for you tomorrow.

Oh and dont forget to get the ones with buy one get one free - then wait until sales assistant has put through all your purchases on the till - hand over your camera voucher and watch the balance to pay reduce significantly, I have done this twice now and every time the sales assistant has said "Wow thats a good offer isnt it".

You could try the points voucher off the masks in the magazine with the parenting one if you've still got it. You'd have to get the masks though as the mag one doesn't work with anything else.

luxor4t - give Boots a ring- last time this happened to me they replaced the damaged goods (was given a refund the time before because out of stock) I also got to keep the damaged item and got 500 points 'for my disappointment'
